Master's candidate in the Graduate Program in Management, Innovation, and Consumption at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), with a research focus on territorial management, governance, urban planning, and public policy.
Extensive experience in consultative and strategic legal practice, specializing in Real Estate Law, Urban Law, property regularization, land subdivision, urban planning licensing, estate proceedings, and estate planning.
Throughout her career, she has also held legal roles within state and municipal public administration, taking part in the structuring of strategic projects, regulatory governance, and public policy related to territorial development, infrastructure, and urban planning.

Nunes Oliveira Valença Advocacia was born from the partnership of two attorneys who share the same values and the same approach to practicing law: closeness, responsibility, technical excellence, and strategic action.
Graduates in Law in 2014 and licensed with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) since 2015, the partners built their careers around delivering secure, efficient legal solutions — experience that today comes together in the firm's integrated practice.
Focused on Real Estate and Urban Law, the firm was structured to provide specialized legal counsel on real estate transactions, property regularization, land subdivision, urban planning licensing, real estate developments, land parceling, and other matters related to urban development.
